Sarah believes that yoga is “99% practice and 1% theory”. As a state champion, nationally competitive gymnast and an All-American springboard diver in college, Sarah has spent her life exploring her athletic possibilities. A key part of this has been studying the physical world and how to create images and build structures.
Sarah has been practicing yoga for 15 years and has studied different styles of yoga such as Yin, Restorative, Ashtanga, and Inversional Flow Vinyasa. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in the Ashtanga tradition at Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia and is received her 500 hour certification at Yogaworks under the mentorship of Mia Togo.
